Apple Butter Cake

Apple Butter Cake Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup butter or margarine, melted and cooled
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
8 cups chopped, peeled apples

Instructions:

Grease and flour a tube pan generously. In a mixing bowl, pour the melted and cooled butter and add sugar. Mix in the eggs, flour, baking soda, spices, salt and vanilla extract.

Add the pecans and the apples and fold the mixture. Bake at 325 F for 1 hour 30 minutes.
