Snickers Bar Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (9 ounce) package chocolate wafer cookies
1 1/2 pounds Snack-size Snickers bars
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream, divided
24 ounces cream cheese, softened, each
4 eggs
4 tablespoons butter, melted
8-ounce block cut into sixths
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 F and crumb-line a pan. Grind the cookies in a food processor. Then add the butter and mix until blended.
Pour in a 9-/10-inch spring form pan (about 1 inch up sides). Using an electric mixer (medium speed), beat the cream cheese and sugar for 1-2 minutes. Add in the eggs one by one and beat.
Pour in the vanilla extract and 1 cup of cream and mix for 3-4 minutes. Put in 1 cup of snickers pieces and fold. Pour in the pan and bake for 1 hour 15-25 minutes.
Decorate with the candy pieces. Refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours and serve. Whip the remaining 1 cup of cream and pour over each slice.
