Aloha Bundt Cake
Aloha Bundt Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
12 maraschino cherries, drained and halved
2 cups granulated sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 eggs, beaten
4 bananas, chopped into about 1/4-inch pieces
Preheat the oven to 350 F. A bundt pan should be greased and floured. In a mixing bowl, put sifted flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Pour in oil and stir together with the eggs.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients pour into the bundt pan and bake for 1 hour. Allow to cool completely and frost.
Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 pound confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A few teaspoons of milk to thin
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup softened butter
Instructions:
All the ingredients are to be put together in a bowl. Then, thin with a teaspoon of milk at a time until the desired result. Finally, frost the cake.
