Broken Glass Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
2 cups whipping cream
3 envelopes plain gelatine
3 small boxes gelatine, one each flavour
Graham cracker crumbs
Instructions:
Prepare the 3 small boxes of gelatine, each with 1 cups of water. Set aside to chill until firm and then cut into cubes. Put the plain gelatine in cup of water.
Boil the juice and the sugar together and add the plain gelatine mixture. Allow to cool. Then, fold in the whipped cream and the gelatine cubes.
Line a tube pan with the graham cracker crumbs. Pour the mixture in it and top with crumbs. Set to chill in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
