Kiwi Yogurt Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups fresh whipped cream
1 grated lemon peel
1 grated orange peel
1 pound plain low-fat yogurt
1 sponge cake
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatine powder
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup Grand Marnier
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
3 kiwi fruit
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
Line a 10-inch round spring form pan with wax paper. Put kiwi slices and strawberry halves on the bottom. Mix the yoghurt, the grated orange, the strawberries and the lemon (peels and juice) until creamy.
In another bowl, beat the sugar and the eggs. Add it the mixture and pour in whipped cream. Dissolve gelatine in water and add the Grand Marnier.
Pour it in the mixture and fill the mold (1/2 an inch). Cover with inch sponge cake and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Garnish
1 1/2 cups fresh whipped cream
1 cup toasted, sliced almonds
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatine powder dissolved in 1 cup water
8 fresh halved strawberries
Instructions:
Decorate the cake with gelatine mixture, whipped cream, strawberry and almonds. To serve cold.
