Chocolate Suicide

Ingredients:
12 ounces semisweet chocolate
4 egg whites
4 eggs plus 1 yolk
6 ounces (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter,
cut in squares
Fresh strawberries and/or kiwi to garnish
White chocolate sauce (recipe below)
Ingredients:
White Chocolate Sauce
2 to 3 ounces whipping cream
5 ounces white chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 300 F.In a saucepan, put the chocolate and cream and set in a larger one filled with 1-inch of water to create stove-top water bath. Stir the mixture while it cooks on the medium speed and then strain it to remove lumps.
In a boiler, melt the butter and the chocolate until melted. Pour in a bowl. With an electric whisk, mix the eggs and yolk at high speed and pour it on the chocolate mixture (do not mix).
Whip the eggs whites in a bowl until smooth. Add it to the chocolate mixture and fold. Two 5×9-inch bread pans should be sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Divide the mixture equally between the pans. Place each in a larger pan and fill with 1/2 inch water. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until firm.
Allow to cool for 15 minutes and then cut into slices. Pour the chocolate sauce over each and decorate with fruits. To be served warm.
Note: The cake can also be served with hot-fudge sauce or fresh strawberries and/or kiwi.
