Blackberry Jam Cake Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup chopped nuts
1 large box raisins
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
2 cups blackberry jam
2 cups granulated sugar
3 cup all-purpose flour
6 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, put all the ingredients and mix well. Grease a tube pan and pour in the mixture. Bake at 325 F for 1 hour.
