Strawberry Cream Cheese Tunnel Cake

Ingredients:
1 (10-inch) prepared round angel food cake
1 (12 ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/3 cup real lemon juice
2 to 4 drops red food coloring, optional
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
Additional fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions:
Beat the cheese until creamy. Add in the sweetened condensed milk and mix. Pour in the lemon juice, extract and the food coloring.
Cut 1 inch slice crosswise from top of cake. Then, cut around cake 1 inch from center hole and 1 inch from outer edge, leaving cake walls 1 inch thick. Remove cake from center.
Cut 1 inch from cake for the cake. Mix in the cheese mixture the reserved torn cake pieces and strawberries (chopped). Add in 1 cup whipped cream.
Fill the cavity of the cake with strawberry mixture and replace top of cake. Chill 2 hours or till set. Decorate with remaining whipped topping and strawberries.
