Sugarplum Bundt Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups butter
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup chopped candied cherries
1 small box instant lemon pudding mix
1/2 cup golden raisins
2 1/2 cups flour
6 eggs
Vanilla-buttercream frosting mix
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a bundt pan/tube pan. Beat (high speed) the butter and add the eggs one by one.
Beat well then add sugar until light and fluffy. Put in flour (sifted), the cherries, the walnuts, the raisins and fold. Pour in the pan and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 5 minutes.
