Heath Bar Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) package refrigerated oatmeal cookie
dough with chocolate and butterscotch chips*
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup granulated sugar
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
4 (1.4 ounce) Heath candy bars, coarsely chopped*
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 F. A 9-inch pan should be coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Note: The dough will be easier to slice if freeze for 2-3 hours before starting the recipe.
Cut the cookie into 24 and display in plate. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, the sugar, the eggs and the vanilla extract for 1 minute (low speed). Put in the candy pieces and stir.
Fill in the place and bake for 40-45 minutes. Chill for at least 4 hours then serve.
