Butterfinger Crumb Cake

Ingredients:
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup (about one 2.1-oz. bar) finely chopped
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. An 8-inch baking pan should be greased. In a bowl, put the flour, the sugars (brown and granulated) and the butter (cut).
Put in of the flour mixture, the Butterfinger pieces. Stir well. In the remaining flour mixture, stir the baking soda and the salt.
Beat the milk, the egg, the yoghurt and the vanilla extract until blended. Add to the flour mixture and stir until blended. Pour in pan and add the the Butterfinger mixture.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until cake tester is done.
