Fresh Apple Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon salt
2 cups granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
3 cups chopped and peeled apples
3 cups flour
3 eggs
Instructions:
In a bowl, beat the eggs, the sugar and the oil and add the remaining ingredients. Mix and bake for 1 hour in a bundt pan at 350
Mix together well the oil, sugar and eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Bake at 350 F for 1 1/2 hours in a bundt pan. Allow cooling for 15 minutes then remove the cake from the pan and spread the topping.

1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
Boil all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes and then pour over the cake.
